Tattoo FAQ | Frequently Asked Questions

How can I book a tattoo appointment?

To book a tattoo appointment, visit the Contact page on my website and get in touch with me. Share your tattoo idea, preferred placement, approximate size, and any reference images so we can start planning your custom tattoo.

Where are you located?

I'm a Brooklyn, New York tattoo artist currently working out of Ghost Note Tattoo.. If you're looking for a tattoo artist in Brooklyn, I'd love to work with you on your next piece.

What is your favorite tattoo style?

I enjoy tattooing a wide range of styles, including American Traditional, Japanese Traditional, blackwork, illustrative, fine-line, and neo-traditional tattoos. While I appreciate all forms of tattooing, Japanese Traditional and American Traditional are my personal favorites. I'm always excited to explore different styles and create tattoos that suit each individual.

Do you do color or black and grey tattoos?

I do both color and black and grey tattoos, and I enjoy working in both approaches equally. Whether you're interested in a bold, vibrant color tattoo or a timeless black and grey design, I'm happy to discuss your ideas and help bring your vision to life.

What is your tattoo rate?

My tattoo rate is $200 per hour. The total cost of your tattoo depends on factors such as the design, size, placement, and complexity of the piece. For a better estimate of the time and cost involved, we can discuss your idea during an in-person consultation.

How long will my tattoo take?

Every tattoo is different, so the time required depends on several factors, including the size, detail, placement, style, and complexity of the design. An accurate time estimate isn't always possible until we've discussed your idea and completed an in-person consultation.

How long have you been tattooing?

I've been tattooing for eight years. Throughout my career, I've continued to develop my skills, explore different styles, and refine my approach to the craft. Tattooing is an ongoing learning process, and I'm committed to growing as an artist with every piece I create.

How did you get into tattooing?

I attended an art high school, where I met a variety of artists who helped shape my creative interests. I began learning tattooing under the guidance of a traditional tattoo artist with more than 20 years of experience. Since then, I've maintained an active approach to learning, continually studying the craft, developing new skills, and pushing myself to grow as a tattoo artist.

How can I get the best possible tattoo?

Start with a clear idea of what you want, trust your artist, and give the creative process room to breathe. Having a realistic budget, being flexible with the design, and allowing enough time for the tattoo to be done properly can make a huge difference. The best tattoos come from a combination of good communication, thoughtful planning, mutual trust, and a shared commitment to creating something you'll love for years to come. And, of course, unlimited time and an unlimited budget never hurt!
